Apple Pie Smoothie Tips and Considerations

* Apple Type: for a distinct apple flavor, use a tart variety of apple like a Granny Smith. My favorite though are Honeycrisp or Gala
* Chia seeds or hemp hearts are amazing in this smoothie as well. They will add fiber, ALA, and protein. All things that do a vegan body good!
* No Soy Milk: Use any other type of plant-based milk instead. I prefer soy because it ups the protein content. šŸ‘
*Calories and macros will depend on the protein powder and nutmilk you use.
