Orange Turmeric Overnight oats

Ingredients

1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

1 1/4 cups Soy Milk

3/4 tsp Turmeric

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Orange

Directions

  1. Add the oats, soy milk, turmeric, cinnamon, and chia seeds to a large mason jar. Zest and squeeze the juice of half the orange to the mixture. Shake well to combine. Put on lid and place in the fridge overnight or for at least six hours.
  2. Peel and chop the remaining orange and top onto your oats. Enjoy!

Almonds, walnuts, hemp hearts, raisins, dates, agave, maple syrup
